2. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship orders within Ecuador. Local deliveries are available for Tumbaco and surrounding areas. For orders outside this area, we use reliable courier services such as Servientrega.
3. How long does delivery take?

Local deliveries (Tumbaco and surrounding areas): Maximum 2 hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 16:00.

Rest of Quito and Ecuador: Estimated 24 business hours via Servientrega. Delivery times may vary during holidays or unforeseen events.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your package with the courier service.
5. What is MYXO's return policy?
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery . Products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition . The customer covers the return shipping costs, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrectly shipped products.
6. Can I get a refund?
Refunds are issued as store credit once the return is approved. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. What do I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp. We'll resolve the issue quickly and offer a replacement or store credit.

Yes! Many of our products are ideal for gifts.
